No. 0 - Hooded Wall Clock

This piece is a hooded wall clock, taking inspiration from pieces of the late 17th century by makers such as Joseph Knibb, Henry Jones and Thomas Tompion. All work besides the dial signature was completed under one roof at West Dean College, drawing on my furniture making background for the english walnut case and collaborating with colleagues in the ceramics and metals departments to carve and cast the spandrels. The dial signature was engraved by Angus McFadyen.
